By enrolling in our online art classes or attending our offline workshops, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

 

1. Terms & Conditions

Enollment & Access

• Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received.

• Course access is limited to the registered participant and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.

• All classes are conducted online via Zoom, and participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection.

Course Structure

• Each module or workshop follows the schedule shared during registration.

• Classes are live and interactive. Lesson recordings (not live session recordings) may be provided for revision purposes.

• Saturday repeat sessions are available for online learners who miss a weekday class.

Conduct & Community Guidelines

• We promote a respectful, positive, and inclusive learning environment.

• Any form of misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the program without refund.

Intellectual Property

• All content, lesson materials, and resources are the intellectual property of Love Hope and Art.

• Reproducing or redistributing materials for commercial or instructional purposes without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Event Changes

• Love Hope and Art reserves the right to change class schedules, instructors, or timings if necessary.

• Participants will be informed of any rescheduling due to public holidays, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment & Pricing

• Fees must be paid in full before the start of the program.

• Pricing may change without prior notice and is valid only as listed on our official channels.

 

 2. Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Once enrolled, participants are not eligible for refunds or transfers to another batch.

• If you miss a session, you can attend the Saturday repeat class (for online modules) or use lesson recordings provided.

• Missed attendance does not qualify for any refund or partial credit.

• In the rare event that Love Hope and Art cancels a workshop or course entirely, a full refund or batch transfer will be offered.

• Digital content (such as recordings or materials) once accessed or downloaded is non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

3. Privacy Policy
