By enrolling in our MENTORSHIP & EXHIBITION, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

 

Terms & Conditions​ - Art Mentorship & Exhibition Program (Legally Binding)

By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. Enrollment & Fees
• Enrollment is confirmed only upon full or partial payment as per the selected plan.
• All fees paid are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, absence, or non-participation.
• Failure to complete installment payments within the specified timeline may result in termination of participation without refund.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes
• The program provides guidance and mentorship only.
• The organizer does not guarantee artistic improvement, sales, exposure, or specific outcomes from participation or exhibition.

3. Participation Responsibility
• The participant is solely responsible for attending sessions, completing artworks, and engaging in the program.
• No compensation, refund, or rescheduling will be provided for missed sessions due to personal reasons.

4. Mentorship Calls Policy
• One-on-one calls must be scheduled in advance.
• Missed or unattended calls without prior notice will be considered forfeited and may not be rescheduled.

5. Artwork Ownership & Liability
• All artworks submitted must be original and created by the participant.
• The participant assumes full legal responsibility for any claims related to plagiarism, copyright infringement, or disputes.
• The organizer holds no liability for such claims.

6. Exhibition Rights & Curation
• The organizer reserves full rights to curate, select, accept, or reject artworks for the exhibition based on quality and suitability.
• The organizer may suggest modifications for presentation standards; final decisions regarding display rest with the organizer.

7. Venue & Associated Costs
• The program fee covers only the exhibition space for the specified duration.
• All additional costs including (but not limited to) art materials, framing, transport, packaging, or installation are the sole responsibility of the participant.

8. Damage, Loss & Risk
• Participation in the exhibition is at the participant’s own risk.
• The organizer is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to artworks or personal property before, during, or after the exhibition.

9. Media, Promotion & Usage Rights
• The organizer retains the right to photograph, record, and use images/videos of participants and their artworks for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes without additional consent or compensation.

10. Program Changes & Force Majeure
• The organizer reserves the right to modify dates, venue, structure, or delivery format due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, no refunds will be issued; alternative arrangements will be provided at the organizer’s discretion.

11. Code of Conduct & Termination
• Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior.
• Any misconduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of guidelines may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

12. Communication & Group Participation
• All official communication will be conducted through the designated WhatsApp group.
• Participants are responsible for staying updated with announcements and instructions shared therein.

13. Legal Jurisdiction
• These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
