Hello!!
"Hello lovely, I’m Deena Elizabeth.
And I want you to know something first:
you don’t need talent to begin — you only need a safe space to start.
Art is more than creativity. It’s a gentle journey of self-expression, confidence, and coming back to yourself.
If you’re a beginner, it’s completely normal to feel self-doubt, compare your work, or think you’re “not good enough.” And when life is busy, it can feel hard to stay consistent.
That’s exactly why I teach in a calm, supportive way — guiding you step-by-step so you can relax, learn, and create with confidence… without pressure or perfection.
Your creativity is already inside you.
I’m simply here to help it shine.
WELCOME TO LHA!!
With Love,
Dr. Deena Elizabeth
How my art journey began
My pursuit of painting began early — and it continues with deep passion even today.
I’m a self-taught artist, and over the last 8 years, art has become more than a skill for me. It became my safe space. My way of understanding life, emotions, and the beautiful inner world of people.
My inspiration comes from the people I paint for — their stories, thoughts, and feelings — and I often blend that with elements of nature, mood, and meaning.
Most of my works are contemporary acrylic paintings on canvas, known for their emotional depth and soulful storytelling.

My Canvas
"In the span of the last few years, I have sold more than 200 artwork, exhibited in solo capacity as well as in group exhibits, continuing to do more and expand my horizons in the style and nature of my artwork."

"My style of painting is versatile and experiential in nature in terms of color and theme including landscapes, elements of nature and the crux of my work try to capture the essence of people."

My Artwork
Every piece I create holds a story — sometimes calm, sometimes bold — but always rooted in emotion and meaning.

Teaching is where my heart truly lives
An Endodontist in academics by profession and a certified Practitioner of Art Therapy from the Montfort College.
My deep love for art and psychology led me to pursue formal training in art therapy, where I discovered the powerful role art can play in helping people express themselves, heal, and feel seen.
Through my journey, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and groups in using art as a non-judgmental, self-expressive medium — guiding them to explore their emotions, release stress, and reconnect with themselves through creativity.
Art, for me, is not about perfection.
It is about expression, presence, and gentle transformation.

Why I believe art is healing
As a Practitioner of Art-Based Therapy, I believe art is more than a visual expression.
It is a gentle tool for:
Emotional grounding
Stress release
Self-discovery
Healing and inner calm
Through my art and teaching, I help women reconnect with themselves and experience the quiet joy that creativity can bring.

This is a relaxing women-only online painting circle where I personally guide you step-by-step through calming weekly sessions.
Inside the club, you will:
Paint consistently without overwhelm

Finish one painting every week
Experience peace and joy through creativity

From art workshops, art challenges and creative contests to guided workshops, every experience I design supports women in overcoming:
Self-doubt
Creative blocks
Fear of mistakes
Technique struggles
With a warm teaching style and deep creative insight, I aim to be more than a teacher —
I want to be the mentor who helps you believe in yourself again.

she doesn’t just become a better artist —
she becomes more confident in life.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to start… this is it.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need years of experience.
You just need a gentle place to begin.
And I would love to guide you.
